Booking Policy

Bookings close 23 hours before the session starts.

we may be full for this course at one academy but not others so please contact us if the course is showing as not available.

Cancellation Policy: Please note we do not issue refunds on training courses pre booked, however you will be given a credit note, which you could then sell on if you wish. To reschedule your course, we would need 7 days notice in advance. Failure to attend your course on the day, could result in you losing your deposit.

If you wish to change your course to a different course and have already received the course content (manual)) then we will not be able to change your course. 

we do give refunds on products a long as this is within the 14 day period and the item is still in original packaging (undamaged)
